Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are still attached to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
